Solid Wood Floors

Solid Hardwood- the product is the solid natural wood species throughout the entire piece of flooring, typically with a tongue and groove installation. Good sanding and refinishing capabilities. Engineered hardwood flooring is a product made up of a core of hardwood, plywood or HDF and a top layer of hardwood  that is glued on the top surface of the core and is available in almost any hardwood species.Due to its stability these solid engineered[21mm thick,6mm wear layer on 15mm core]are replacing solids more and more.Originally designed to take the stress of underfloor heating they are one of the best floors on the market.Long wide planks,same resanding capabilities as solid,they can be floated over concrete,nailed, glued or stapled.Cannot find the correct colour timber you want? We can supply the highest quality oak,maple,teak and walnut wood solid floor parquet in all sizes tounged and grooved at very competitive prices.Along with our standard size parquet O Flynns also machines our own custom parquet,this product is generally longer and wider than our competitors.Parquet can be glued onto plywood or concrete and is suitable with underfloor heating.
